Helena is the founder of Tellus Architects, bringing together years of experience from private practices, her own previous architectural office, and real estate consulting. Early in her career, she worked at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Suomenlinna – an
experience that sparked a deep appreciation for restoration and renovation. Later, her work in real estate consulting deepened her understanding of properties as investment assets, and how design professionals can contribute to their value creation and returns. The ability to bridge these two, at times seemingly opposing, value bases gives Helena a unique capacity to align the commercial and heritage conservation goals of each project.
